First Integrated Captial Securities, Inc or Fincap as it is commonly known has been part of the Philippine Stock Exchange for the last 25 years. It was a member of the Makati Stock Exchange when it merged with the Manila Stock Exchange to form what is now known as the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. The Securities Regulation Code paved the way for the transformation of the Philippine Stock Exchange from a non-stock, non-profit, member governed organization into a shareholder based entity. Fincap became both a stockholder and Trading Participant of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
